Zusammenfassung:The US Fish and Wildlife Service focuses its Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program on the 23 Native American tribes in Arizona. The program aims to provide financial and technical support to private landowners who want to improve fish and wildlife habitat on their land. The projects have run a wide gamut, from installing barriers to protect Apache trout (Oncorhynchus apache) from nonnative fishes, to restoring wetlands, to developing native tree nurseries for use in replanting riparian habitats.
