Zusammenfassung:Recently, we reported that enhancement of bone like crystal growth was found on the negatively charged surface of polarized HA in simulated body fluid and that the characterization of the polarized HA and the tissue reaction of the bones around the specimens in short durations. In the present study, we confirmed that the effect on newly bone growth and the biological behaviors of the negatively charged surface of HA ceramics by histological estimations in a middle duration. The new bone formation mechanism was revealed in this study.
