Amnioinfusion in treatment of oligohydramnion and diagnostics of foetus condition

In this study we showed results of using amnioinfusion in the group of 65 pregnant women with oligohydramnion and unruptured amniotic sac. Zusammenfassung:In this study we showed results of using amnioinfusion in the group of 65 pregnant women with oligohydramnion and unruptured amniotic sac. In 8 cases procedures were made in canal phase of foetal pulmonic tissue development (between 17 and 24 week of pregnancy) and in 57 pregnant women - in follicular phase (above 24 week of pregnancy). Infusions were made under ultrasonographic control by transabdominal technique after pocket of amniotic fluid demonstration. We made volume of given fluid dependent gestational age and it was on average about 200 ml in single infusion (20 ml per minute). The best results we obtained in the groups with abnormal recording of cardiotocography, while the worst ones in group of patients with coexistence oligohydramnion and foetal malformation. We concluded that using amnioinfusion before 25 week of pregnancy had diagnostic character mainly, because oligohydramnion was connected with foetal letal malformation. Using of amnioninfusion in cases with coexistence oligohydramnion, dystrophy and gestosis prevented potential consequences of this pregnant pathology.
