Homonymous hemianopic hypoplasia: a case report

Congenital lesions of a cerebral hemisphere that involve the visual pathway produce a distinct pattern of retrograde axon degeneration in each optic nerve. This case report describes the clinical features, neuroophthalic work-up, diagnosis, and management of this homonymous hemianopic hypoplasia.
