Zusammenfassung:The properties of the probability density function of the effect g identical with g(E) are considered, based on the known probability density function of the dose f identical with f(D) in actual turbulent atmosphere. Results indicate that the dose accumulated under the low pollutant concentration in extended time corresponds to the higher probability of the effect than the same dose accumulated in short time under the high pollutant concentration. The discrepancy may be as high as several tens percent. The reverse situation is observed when E sub(0)>0.5. Results demonstrate that the concentration pulsations of the atmospheric pollutants have a pronounced effect on the `effect-dose' dependence.
