Zusammenfassung:	Cell-wall polysaccharides were extracted from qindoro cell-walls with CDTA, Na sub(2)CO sub(3) and KOH solutions. The polysaccharides existing in each extract were determined by glycosyl composition and methylation analyses. The results indicate that the cell-wall polysaccharides of suspension-cultured qindoro cells are composed of homogalacturonan, rhamnogalacturonan I, arabinan, arabinogalactan I, glucomannan, xyloglucan and small amounts of xylan.
