Zusammenfassung:	Different nasal casts were studied to investigate the influence of anatomy, especially the influence of nostril shapes on particle deposition on the nose. Results indicate that the shape of the nostrils does not appear to have significant influence on the amount of particle deposition on the nose. It is assumed that the airway close to the throat determines the deposition on the nose more than the nasal valve.
