Zusammenfassung: | The results of the electrophoretic investigations and coagulation of intact and inactivated
Chlorella vulgaris, st. 18 cells in electrolyte solution with different cation valence are given. The substantial differences in electrophoresis and coagulation in the intact and inactivated cell suspensions have been detected. The physico-chemical model of the double layer (DC) of an intact cell taking into consideration the interconnection of the electrokinetic and transmembrane potentials has been proposed. |
