Zusammenfassung: | The present article reports the construction of the miniaturized combined ion‐selective membrane electrodes (C‐ISE), which is easy to adapt to an automated analyzer for clinical and biological purpose.
The characteristics and applications are described for the particular case of the C‐ISE for Cu2+. The calibration curve is linear between the 10−1 and 10−5 M concentration range, with a slope S = 28.59 mV/decade and the accuracy being very good. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
