Zusammenfassung: | Tetanus is still a common problem in developing countries. Localized tetanus remains a rare clinical presentation dominated by cephalic localization. Head, neck or ear infection strongly guide the diagnosis. A trismus and one or several cranial nerve impairment are the major symptoms.
