Zusammenfassung:Twelve executives tell how they work and how they stay ahead in the fast lane. Carlos Ghosn, CEO of Renault (France) and Nissan (Japan), goes from Paris to Tokyo every month and spends between one and two weeks to attend to important meetings. For meetings on a single topic that are not regular operational meetings, Ghosn is very strict. Ghosn does not bring his work home. He plays with his four children and spends time with his family on weekends. Marissa Mayer, Search Products and User Experience VP of Google, always has her laptop with her. Mayer keeps track of tasks by having a little document called a task list. She has always been trying to figure out how to make time that was previously unproductive productive. If she is driving her car somewhere, she tries to get a call in to her family and friends then. Or during dead time when she is waiting in line, she will hop on her cellphone and get something done.
