Zusammenfassung:Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is gaining acceptance as a bioactive surgical additive in regenerative dentistry. However, PRF has only been available in gel or membrane form and is not suitable for injection. Recently, however, a liquid, injectable PRF has been introduced. This paper introduces the concept of injectable PRF and discusses its applications for biologic activation of bone grafts.
