Zusammenfassung:Linke et al thank the authors for taking the time to comment about their manuscript. Their thoughtful response reiterated the limitations of cross- sectional data and the need for intervention and longitudinal research to better understand the relationships among the risk factors addressed in their publication. They share this viewpoint and attempt to convey in their manuscript that these results do not indicate a definitive relationship between the risk factors as found in their results.
