Zusammenfassung:The research focused on the relationships between frequency of physical activity (FPA), general self‐efficacy perception and motor self‐efficacy perception (GSP and MSP), and cardiorespiratory adapting capacity (CAC). Participants in the study were 2,809 Spaniards between the ages of 9 and 17 (12.6 ± 2.8). Scales to assess GSP, MSP, FPA, and Ruffier's test to measure CAC was used.
