Zusammenfassung: | In an interview, Christina Clark talked about her success. On what she learned in her earliest days with the company that she applies today, she said when she was the office manager, the employees felt comfortable coming to her with what they liked about the job and what they didn't like about the job, because they were able to relate to her, given that she used to be in their shoes. By the time she moved into an ownership role, she had a good understanding of how employees felt and what areas they should focus on changing. Angel, her general manager, is her right-hand person. She helps her with hiring, firing, interviewing, payroll, and scheduling. Once they get Leon County, their second territory, a little bit more stable -- probably in the beginning of 2019 -- her husband, John, is looking at quitting his daytime job and working here full-time. |
