Zusammenfassung: | Chou and Coyle presents their reply to the comment of doctor George L. Brengelmann on their paper regarding the change of cutaneous vascular volume reflected in the volume change after forearm venous occlusion. He interpreted that their measurement of forearm vascular volume (FVV) was calculated as the increase in forearm volume during a brief period of occlusion of venous outflow from the forearm by an inflated cuff at the biceps level. And asked what assurance can they give that the increase in volume was not missed which is already present at the onset of occlusion. |
