Hydrochemistry of the Angara and reservoirs of the Angara cascade

Comparative analysis of the hydrochemistry of the Angara River and the reservoirs constructed on it is carried out. It is shown that only the hydrochemical regime of the Irkutsk Reservoir is close to that of the Angara River before its regulation was introduced. One of the features of the reservoirs in the Angara cascade is found to be growth in the concentrations of most chemical elements during the motion of the Angara water through the reservoirs; this growth is not typical of other reservoirs in the cascade.
