Serendipitous Ureteral Stone Revealed on 99mTc-MDP Bone Scintigraphy

ABSTRACTA 62-year-old man with esophageal cancer was referred for a Tc-MDP bone scintigraphy for staging. No metastatic lesion in the bone was identified. However, the images showed focally increased activity in the left pelvis, which were confirmed as ureteral stone on the SPECT/CT images.
