Giant Occipital Encephalocele Associated with Microcephaly and Micrognathia

Encephalocele refers to a group of rare congenital anomalies where the brain tissue protrudes from a defect in the skull. In giant occipital encephalocele, the size of the swelling is larger than that of the head from which they arise.
