Determination of VSG: comparison of methods and microhaematocrit Wintrobe

To establish the correlation between the methods of Wintrobe and micro-hematocrit. 407 patients attendees were taken laboratory to third level simultaneo usly tests were performed in the study. Using a statistical method of linear regression correlation coefficient of 0,99 was found. Both methods can contribute to the clinical analysis of patients who were asked to test for diagnosis or control of different pathologies.
