We report the case of an elderly woman with photomyoclonus, a rare form of non-epileptic, stimulus-sensitive cortical myoclonus [1]. Unusually, the patient presented in later life, in the absence of coexistent neurological disease. We discuss the electro-clinical features that distinguish photomyoclonus from photosensitivity.
