Zusammenfassung:We report the case of a young male treated for lymphoma and presenting with hepatosplenic candidiasis when recovering from aplasia. Prolonged and adequate antifungal therapy failed to produce apyrexia, which was rapidly obtained with corticosteroid therapy suggesting the existence of an underlying immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome.
