Zusammenfassung:To the Editor: The Psychiatry Milestones include “development as a teacher” and “observable teaching skills” as developmental threads within the core competency of practice-based learning and improvement [1]. Compliance with Ethical Standards Disclosure On behalf of all authors, the corresponding author states that there is no conflict of interest. The New York State Psychiatric Institute IRB reviewed the process by which the division of medical education in psychiatry conducts continuous quality improvement and determined that this did not meet the definition of human subjects research.
