Zusammenfassung:Cruise 25 of the R/V Akademik Nikolay Strakhov was organized by the Geological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the framework of the International Polar Year. It was conducted by a team of scientists with A.V. Zayonchek being the chief of an expedition in the northern Barents Sea and on the continental slope of the Arctic Ocean in the areas with coordinates 7882 N, 3055 E during the period of August 29-September 18, 2007.
