Zusammenfassung: | Oral ulceration is a non‐specific clinical finding with many potential causes. The persistence of oral ulcers in the context of a patient post–SOT is concerning for PTLD. There is growing evidence that SOT recipients may also be at higher risk of autoimmune diseases.
