Zusammenfassung:Three new species of the feather mite genus Pteroherpus Gaud, 1981 are described from the bulbuls (Passeriformes, Pycnonotidae) in Africa: Pteroherpus nicator sp. nov. from Nicator gularis Hartlaub et Finsch, 1870, P. pyrrhuri sp. nov. from Pyrrhurus scandens (Swainson, 1837), and P. trinoton sp. nov. from Phyllastrephus terrestris Swainson, 1837.
