Construction of Statistical Index System of Sports Consumption of Residents in Shaanxi Province

Using the methods of literature, Telphy, visit etc. and through factor analysis, it established the statistical index system of sports consumption of residents in Shanxi province, which included the four Grade A indexes of the expenditure of sports fitness activities, the expenditure of watching sports competitions and performances, the expenditure of buying sports goods and gaining sports information and sports consumptive time, nineteen Grade B indexes and quite a few Grade C indexes. The system was assigned by Shaanxi General Investigation Team of State Statistical Bureau to investigate the sports consumption of the urban and rural residents in Shaanxi province.
