Accuracy of malignancy criteria for an intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm. Should we have blind faith in consensus guidelines?

Based on a recent review about intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN), we want to reflect some important issues referring to the different consensus guidelines, criteria anda algorithms that are a starting point to manage this neoplasm as well as their limitations.
