Case 17-2018: A 40-Year-Old Woman with Leg Swelling and Abdominal Distention and Pain

A 40-year-old woman presented with a 10-month history of progressive edema of the legs, as well as abdominal distention and pain. CT showed a nonocclusive thrombus in the right renal vein. Diagnostic tests were performed.
