Zusammenfassung:The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of a bout of exercise at different intensities on saliva secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA). University students ran on treadmill for 1 hour at 40% VO sub(2)max, 60% VO sub(2)max, 80% VO sub(2)max. Saliva sIgA of pre-exercise, post-exercise, post-exercise 3, 6 and 24hour were determined. The results showed that both saliva sIgA concentration( mu g/ml) and sIgA secretion rate( mu g/min) increased after exercise at 60% VO2max, and sIgA concentration increased significantly(P
