Zusammenfassung: | The probability distribution of turbulent pressure fields is considered in the context of problems of hydrodynamic acoustics. It is shown that, in such applications as hydroaerodynamic noise control, the use of characteristic functionals of turbulent pressures is necessary for solving problems related to nonlinear noise formation in flow-structure systems. Turbulent flows that differ in the statistical nature of wall pressure generation should be described by different functional models. Application of functional models makes it possible to reduce determination of the characteristic functional of a turbulent wall pressure field to study of a limited set of parameters inherent in a given type of turbulent flow around an obstacle. |
