Potential strategies to manage bronze beetle (Eucolaspsis sp.) in organic apple orchards

Examines the effect of tilling selected small plots under apple trees during spring on the pattern and emergence of bronze beetles (Eucolaspsis sp., Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae). Looks at a survey of 20 orchards during November 2006 to determine if management practises and the physical environment in NZ organic pipfruit orchards were linked to beetle damage levels.
