Zusammenfassung: | Coranary investigation with CCTA can depict coronary stenosis of high and low grade with high degree of accuracy, while intermediary stenosis on CTTA often needs complementary investigation with invasive coronary angiography. Simulated FFRCT analysis is a non-invasive evaluation of degree of stenosis of coronary vessels with a potential to reduce the number of invasive coronary angiography of intermediate stenosis. Helsingborg Hospital, together with HeartFlow Inc, is the first clinic in Sweden to have implemented simulated FFRCT analysis in clinical practice. |
