Zusammenfassung: | An overview of recent developments in non-conventional sampling techniques in chromatography and in capillary electrophoresis is given. Techniques implementing a sequence of randomly or regularly distributed concentration impulses at the input of the separation device will be covered. The advantages and disadvantages of correlation chromatography, Hadamard transform capillary electrophoresis, Shah deconvolution for the reduction of detection limits, fluorescence correlation capillary electrophoresis and stroboscopic sampling for monitoring rapid reactions will be discussed. |
