Zusammenfassung:During recent studies of the granitoids from the Barents Sea shore of the Kola Peninsula in the area of Gremikha settlement and Mt. Ostrovnaya, the small Late Archean alkaline massif called Panejavr Massif after an nearby lake was discovered and studied. The obtained results together with published data on the Precambrian alkaline within-plate magmatism of the Kola peninsula conrm that, in the Late Archean, alkaline magmatism spanned a signi-cant part of the northeastern Baltic shield and is not a specic feature of the Keivy structure alone.
