It was thought that the content of the lipid of blackthroat seaperch caught by the trawl fishery that belonged to our prefecture reached at the level that along the consumer's expectation of the many. However, the individual of 10% or less in the content of the lipid existed a little in blackthroat seaperch caught. The individual with a low such content of the lipid existed regardless of the season. It is difficult to presume the individual with few contents of the lipid from the obesity level and the color. It is hoped that the technology that measures the content of the lipid that uses the near-infrared radiation etc. is developed to understand an accurate content of the lipid. |
