Zusammenfassung:Paraglenoid cysts may compress the distal branches of the suprascapular nerve or compress the axillary nerve in the quadrilateral space inferoposterior to the glenohumeral joint. This nerve compression is important to recognize before it cause shoulder weakness through denervation of external rotator muscles.
