Zusammenfassung:The goal of this study was to investigate the role of the ground-glass opacity (GGO) ratio in lung adenocarcinoma in predicting surgical outcomes. Patients who underwent surgical resection for pulmonary adenocarcinoma between January 2004 and December 2013 were reviewed. The clinical data, imaging characteristics of nodules, surgical approaches and outcomes were analysed with a mean follow-up of 87 months. Of 789 enrolled patients, 267 cases were categorized as having a GGO ratio ≥0.75; 522 cases were categorized as having a GGO ratio
