Zusammenfassung: | Nasal stenosis is an uncommon and challenging deformity. Most common etiologies for nasal stenosis include congenital, iatrogenic, trauma, and infection. Repair techniques typically include tissue replacement with grafts or flaps with subsequent stent placement. These procedures often require general anesthesia and carry high rates of restenosis. We describe a case of a 10-year-old girl with Teebi syndrome and iatrogenic nasal stenosis who underwent successful nasal dilation with inexpensive, minimally invasive steel gauge earrings. |
