Case study: drawn to a different dream

A hypothetical case is presented in which, Jason, age 50, wants to exit the family clothing business and pursue a second career in horse racing. He wonders how to follow his own star and manage his lingering responsibility to his parents, who plan to retire soon, and his obligation to provide financial security for his wife and children.
