Zusammenfassung:The smart grid is an intelligent, efficient and dynamic grid system with endless possibilities but not without notable daunting technological challenges. At the core of these challenges are the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues which may potentially thwart efforts on the smart grid if left unattended. This paper presents a survey on emerging smart grid technologies such as the power electronic interface, power line communication, flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) and communication equipment highlighting their associated electromagnetic interference issues. We also provide some EMC/EMI mitigation techniques where available.
