Tethering also makes its debut in iPhone 3.0. iPhone 3.0 will be a free download for owners of both the original iPhone and the iPhone 3G; owners of first- or second-generation iPod touches will be able to download it for $10. In addition to introducing the new OS, Apple also unveiled new Phone hardware. Dubbed the Phone 3G S, the latest version of Apple's popular smart phone promises to launch applications and run software faster than the previous model. |
