Zusammenfassung: | The assessment and establishment of the effectiveness of physiotherapy in Parkinson's disease poses many challenges to the researcher: unlike a typical pharmaceutical or procedural intervention, physiotherapy is heterogeneous in terms of the intervention type (comparative effectiveness studies on physiotherapy strategies are absent or scarce), the experience and competencies of the providers who deliver the treatment, and the motivation, involvement, and adherence of patients.
