Zusammenfassung:In the present study, we evaluated aluminum phosphate as an adjuvant of SAG1-encoded DNA vaccine against T. gondii in BALB/c mice. Anti-T. gondii IgG values increased markedly in the pcSAG1 and pcSAG1+A1PO sub(4) groups, which were significantly higher than those of control groups (p0.05). In spite of remaining alive of one mouse more than 45 days in pcSAG1+A1PO sub(4) group after challenge with T. gondii tachyzoites, all of the experimental mice died and the survival time of the mice immunized with pcSAG1+A1PO sub(4) was markedly longer than those of control and pcSAG1 groups (p
