Zusammenfassung:	The six species of Cybocephalidae occurring in the West Indies and Trinidad are revised. Included are a new combination of Pycnocephalus deyrollei (Reitter) and descriptions of four new species: Cybocephalus antilleus, Cybocephalus caribaeus, Cybocephalus iviei, and Cybocephalus geoffreysmithi. A key to species, illustrations of morphological features including detailed drawings of male genitalia, and distribution data are provided.
