Zusammenfassung:Two novel anthraquinones, lupinacidins A ( 1) and B ( 2), have been isolated from the culture broth of an endophytic actinomycete. Lupinacidins showed significant inhibitory effects on invasion of murine colon 26-L5 carcinoma cells. Two novel anthraquinones, lupinacidins A ( 1) and B ( 2), have been isolated from the culture broth of a new endophytic actinomycete belonging to the genus Micromonospora. Lupinacidins were found to show significant inhibitory effects on the invasion of murine colon 26-L5 carcinoma cells without inhibiting cell growth.
