Zusammenfassung: | Through a twelve-week study of 40 retired old people aged 60-65 under the safety factors, the result reveals that the ratios of lipids, the percentage of lipids, lean body mass, sphygmus, blood pressure, standing on one leg with eyes closed, maximal inhale amount, lowering or bending the head or body with a sitting pose, reaction time and step climbing indexes of those old people have been improved. The experiment shows that old people would benefit from the mountain climbing under the safety factors with the improvement of cardio-lung functions and physical condition, and climbing mountains would work as the prevention of senescence and cardiovascular disease. |
