Zusammenfassung:The authors used questionnaires to conduct a survey on the consumers attending the home court of Henan women's volleyball team in 2005 game season in terms of population characteristics, the ways to obtain the tickets and match information, consumer groups, consuming experiences, ticket prices which the consumers are willing to pay, distances between the residences and the gymnasium, and the ways to get to the gymnasium, and revealed the following findings: Comparing to 2003 game season, some new changes have occurred to the population characteristics of the consumers attending the home court of Henan women's volleyball team; match information distributing manners mainly include interpersonal relationships, newspapers and street ads; individual purchase of the tickets has become the mainly way for the audiences to obtain the tickets. The authors suggested that Henan Women Volleyball Team Home Court Organizing Committee should carry out advertising and promotion mainly in the range of 2 - 20km around the center of the gymnasium, and that the media for advertising and promotion should base mainly on local newspapers, flyers or outdoor ads.
