Case 24-2017: An 8-Month-Old Girl with Fever and an Abdominal Mass

An 8-month-old girl presented with a 6-day history of fever and decreased oral intake. The abdomen was distended and nontender; a multicystic mass in the midabdomen was seen on imaging. Diagnostic procedures were performed.
