Zusammenfassung:Pulley fixation sutures to the medial rectus muscles have been used to manage variable-angle esotropia and convergence excess esotropia. Most techniques use a nonabsorbable suture. The posterior location of the sutures usually minimizes complications. We report a case of chronic conjunctival granuloma occurring after pulley fixation suture to the medial rectus muscle.
